Returns Policy

At Condura we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enioy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).   

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store or in person to our Marrickville Office within 30 days from the date of delivery. Original postage costs will not be reimbursed nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Condura. Please contact customer service to organise pre-paid postage.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Condura. 

Condura items purchased at any of our stockists cannot be returned to Condura or to the Condura online returns address, items must be returned as per stockist's returns policy.

Returns Policy Conditions

At Condura we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, provide an exchange card or refund your original method of payment provided that: 

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your Condura invoice (receipt) when you return the item 
  • The item is in original saleable condition: 
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Condura reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.  Condura will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.  

Items on Sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change of mind except where the item is faulty or defective.   

Any items returned as part of a Spend and Save promotion will be refunded or exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Condura, not the original full price.

If you Change your Mind
We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for products unworn and in original condition, if returned within 30 days of you receiving the product. Please let us know by emailing click here. Our customer service support will email you with instructions on how to return the parcel.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that your proof of purchase can be an invoice or email confirmation from Condura recording that payment has been received.

If you Find a Fault
Please let us know by emailing click here or call 02 8595 6999 within 14 days of finding a fault. Our friendly customer service agent will email you with instructions on how to return the item.

Consumer Guarantees 
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Condura online. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.
