Australia Delivery and Shipping Information
PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW DEADLINES FOR RECEIVING PARCEL PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS:
- WA, SA AND NT: Last date to order is 5th December 2017
- TASMANIA, VIC AND QLD: Last date to order is 12th December 2017
- NSW: Last date to order is 18th December 2017.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER AU$50 PER TRANSACTION IN SYDNEY METRO & ORDERS OVER $80 PER TRANSACTION OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY METRO.
Free delivery will be calculated in the cart after you have entered your delivery address, if you spend more than $50.00 and live in Sydney Metro area delivery will be free. If you live outside of the Sydney metro area (within Australia) and spend more than $80.00 delivery will be free.
Condura delivers within Australia using a variety of couriers. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
We ship across Australia, we will estimate shipping costs for you. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order, delivery times are usually 1-2 business days for Sydney metro and 3-10 business days elsewhere within Australia.
We recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it. If no one is available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when finalising your purchase. Condura will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels incurred during the delivery process, delivery delays which are out of our control, or re-distributing parcels due to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. This includes authority to leave or lost parcels.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.
I forgot to update my shipping address before I placed my order
Once your order has been placed we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address and we will see what we can do for you
